It is a video sharing website where users can upload a variety of videos in a multitude of subjects they are interested in. It is also used by businesses, companies, and brands to promote their various products.

There are numerous and diverse Agriculture companies and organizations that utilize YouTube for their brands to promote their brand.

Let’s Pick a Company: The American Angus Association and look at how they use YouTube
The American Angus Association uses YouTube to promote its I AM ANGUS Video series that is on RFD-TV and uses to promote its Daily ANGUS REPORT…this is news on what's happening in the Angus industry. They also use it to promote shows and videos taken at cattle shows. It’s a great way to keep in touch with the cattle industry overall. They even offer helpful advice on what you might need to know….fitting, clipping, and showing.

Let’s look at another Company: Missouri Farm Bureau and the American Farm Bureau
Missouri Farm Bureau: This organization focuses on regulations and government polices that can effect the farmers…The Voice of Agriculture. So naturally their channel is going to be a lot different then the Angus Association. They are going to focus on all the famers and all the polices that effect everyone. Their YouTube channel consists of meetings, hearings, events that Farm Bureau sponsors, and leadership day. This is all on state level!
The American Farm Bureau: is everything that Missouri Farm Bureau is just on a national scale. Their videos consist of national events and hearings in Congress, meetings, and conferences.
