Toggl is a online service offers a time tracking and reporting
through their website along with mobile and desktop applications.
It tracks time based on tasks and projects, either through an
interactive task timer or through manual entry.
How to create an account in toggl
Click on the Search bar
Go to www.toggl.com
Click Sign up button
Fill out needed information on Get STARTED NOW!
Type in your Email address
Type in your Password
Click and put a check on a box of I agree to the terms of service
Click SIGN UP FOR FREE button
This will be the look of toggl page after you finish fill out needed information on toggle sign up
Click LET’S GO button
Click OK, let’s go! button
Now you already have a toggl account
How to edit your togglworks space name
On your toggl page. Click this option
Erase the old name
Put a new name on the blank space
Make sure this option is set for Everyone
And click Save button
How to add client on your toggle account
On your toggl page. Click this option
Click Clients option
Type in your client name
You already added your client on your toggl account
How to add a new project
Click Projects option
Click Create Project button
Type in the project name
Click SELECT CLIENT
Click your client’s name
Choose a project color
Click and check this box if you want your project to be visible
to the whole team
Click Create project button
This will be the look of your toggl after adding a new project
How to add a team member on your toggl
Click Team option
Type in the email address of the person you want to invite at the
blank space
Click Invite button
They need to confirm your invitation sent by toggl on
their email address
In order for them to completely added to your team
How to add a team on your project
Click Projects option
Click Create Project button
Click this Add members to team…
Click the box beside the name of the person you want to add on
your project
Click ADD TO TEAM button
Click Done button
You already add a team memberto the project
How make a team member as admin
Click Team option
Click APPLY button
This will appear at the bottom of your toggl page
How to set a timer on your task
Click Timer option
Type in the task you are working on at the blank space
Click SELECT PROJECT option
Select Admin Support
Toggl will start tracking time spent on the task that you’ve entered
Click Stop button as you finish doing your task or taking a break
This will be the look of your timer as you go stop to your task and
has been recorded
Click SELECT PROJECT
Click Admin Support
Toggl will start tracking time spent on the task that you entered
Click Stop button
And you already have two tracked task recorded
If you wish to continue a task
Just click the play icon on the task
Toggl will start tracking again the time spent on the task that you entered
Click stop as you finish on your task
And you already have two same task tracked recorded
How to export detailed report on PDF file
Hover your cursor to Reports
Choose a Report you want toexport a PDF file
It can be Summary Report
In my case I will choose a Summary Report
Click Summary option
This will be look of your Summary report
Click Download as PDF option
Click Downloaded PDF file
On your PDF file window. Click download icon
Click Save button
And you already downloaded and saved file of your report to your
desktop
You can attach and send the report to your client thru email, skype, messenger or anywhere where you can attach the file.
How to delete Project on toggle
Click Projects option
