How to Plug in the CD Burner
Your computer, whether it is your desktop, or your laptop will have a USB port to plug the CD burner into.****In order to use the CD-
Burner with you laptop, you will need to follow some additional instructions located at the end of this tutorial.

Desktop DirectionsWhen you plug in the USB
connector from the Burner in either the front or the rear USB ports, the following dialogue box will open
Select “Open writable CD Folder”
This dialogue box called CD Writing Tasks will appear. Then, open up your H: drive
Click and drag the files that you want to burn from the H: drive dialogue box to the CD Writing Tasks dialogue box.
Place a CD-R or CD-RW disc into the Burner
Once all the files you have selected to burn have been moved, click on “Write these files to CD.”
The disc will be ejected automatically when it is finished.
Hooking the Burner to your Laptop
The procedure for using the CD-Burner with your laptop is very similar. In order to use the CD-Burner with your laptop, you will need to remove the CD Drive from your laptop before you plug the Burner into the USB port.
Using the CD-Burner with your Laptop
Once the CD-Burner is plugged into the USB port, follow the procedures described earlier in the tutorial.
Once finished, place your CD or floppy drive back into your laptop.
