How to Uninstall Norton Antivirus

STEP-1 If your operating system is Windows XP go by the following:

• Click on the Start button and go to Control Panel.

• In the list you will find "Add or Remove Programs", double click and open.

STEP-2 If your operating system is Windows Vista go by the following:

• Click on the Start button and go to Control Panel.

• In Control Panel double click on the "Programs and Features" icon.

STEP-3 If your operating system is Windows 7 go by the following:

• Click on the Start button and go to Control Panel.

• In Control Panel double click on the "Programs and Features" icon.

STEP-4 After selecting your operating system and following the steps, proceed to the following.

• Find the Symantec or Norton product listed and click on it. It should look similar to the Norton logo.

• Click on Remove/Uninstall to start the removal process.

• Once the removal process has completed, you'll be asked to restart the computer or to restart later.

•After rebooting, Norton should be removed from your system.
