How to Track Student-Athletes in the Membership Portal

The NCAA Eligibility Center has added a feature to the Membership Portal allowing staff members at colleges and universities to track the account activity of college-bound student-athletes progressing through the initial-eligibility process. Each staff member may track their own list of student-athletes and each will receive an email with status updates. Email notifications will be sent a day after changes occur to a Student Activity Log and may contain status updates for more than one student-athlete.

Log in to the Membership Portal and select “Search Student Details” from the Reports tab.

Select the box next to the student-athlete you want to track. Click on the “Track Student(s)” at the bottom of the student details grid.

NCAA ID’s in green on the student details grid indicate which student-athletes you are personally tracking. To stop tracking a student-athlete, select the box next to the student-athlete and click on “Un-Track Student(s)” at the bottom of the student details grid.

The day after a change occurs to your tracked student-athlete’s account, you will receive an email similar to the one below.
