The EasyScript course changed the way Itake shorthand forever. I got the EasyScriptI course in the mail. I read the manual andused the auto tutor tape. What I like aboutthe EasyScript method is that it has 5 basicrules that reinforce basic English. I consurwith the ad in saying that it is easier toremember 5 basic rules to retain what istaught than to memorize 20 or 30 rulesand not learn anything.

I've tried Speedwriting, Gregg and ABCStenoscript. I got frustrated because allthree of the systems had too many rulesand the systems were inflexible. I neverhad that problem with EasyScript becauseyou can omit vowels in some words.

Another wonderful thing about thismethod is that regular longhand wordsbecome a type of code. I work for theFederal Government and I notate thingsand find myself writing in ES language.For example, "started" becomes "strd","consideration" becomes "csidh", etc. Ifind myself writing longhand words downand finding code words using the ES fixedrules.

I want to thank you for inventing apainless system of shorthand writingand making it accessible and affordableto the public. As soon as my finances aretogether, I'm going to order ES II. Again,I thank you for this alternative to traditonalshorthand writing!

How is it possible to learn EasyScript and

ComputerScript so quickly when traditionalshorthand and speedwriting take months tostudy?

The reason the traditional shorthand andspeedwriting have a long learning curve isthat they are based on the principle of random

abbreviations which must be memorized. TheEasyScript/ComputerScript (ES/CS) conceptdoes not require you to memorize randomabbreviations and thus drastically reduces thelearning time. It's based on a revolutionaryinvention acknowledges by U.S. Patent office
