Select “My Account”
Enter your 14-digit library card number (with no spaces or dashes) and your PIN number or password. Select “Log in”.
In your Account Summary, click the “Holds” tab to view and manage the items you have on hold. You can also click on “View All” next to the list in Account Summary.
Select “Edit”, located to the right of the item you wish to suspend.
The item will appear with editing options. Click on the down arrow to the right of the “Active?” box. Select “No, this hold is suspended”.
If you want the hold to become active after a certain date enter the date you want the hold to be re-active. If you wish to re-activate your hold yourself leave the field blank. To activate the hold you would repeat the last few steps, changing the “Active?” box to “Yes, this hold is active now”.

When you are done select “Logout” in the top right hand corner.
