Of my last 6 jobs in 16 years I did not apply for 5 of 6 5 of 6 did not exist before I got there 2 of 6 jobs I never interviewed for 3 of 6 my references were not checked

The larger the company the more sophisticated and rigid the screening process
The larger the company the better trained the interviewers

Most companies have less effective hiring processes
Most interviewers are not well trained or confident Therefore….
