How the card values are assigned.
• Each 'pair' in this deck will total 13 with the exception of Kings.
• The values are as follows:
Aces are valued as 1Jacks are valued as 11Queens are valued as 12Kings are valued as 13

Spades are paired with Hearts
Clubs are paired with Diamonds

Even and odd numbers
The pairs are arranged so that even numbers face one way,and odd numbers face the opposite way.
Kings will always be paired with Kings, red Kings will beconsidered Odd value and black Kings will be considered Even value.

they can be mixed up in any order
as long as the pairs stay together

stay on their own sides.
