Big challenge Setup a UX team with-in an organization is very challenging. I have asked to start a UX practice with-in a group to solve one of the biggest problems in Mortgage that Digitalization of the entire process.

I started understanding users and create users profile.

Setup workshopsI started the workshop with dev team and SMEs to understand work collaboratively on the project.This process help me get in touch with all key team members and explain UX process to them.

Dev Team also enjoyed during the project workshop as they understand deeply about the project and end users.
