How to send Videos, Flyers, E-cards from Contact Centre
How to send a document
• Log in to IBO Back Office
• Select the Visit My Website link from the left hand side of the Home page
• From the right menu under ACN Contact Centre select the named Manage My Contacts, send Video Emails & More...

• Once the new window is opened from the top bar menu click on Creative Centre tab;

Make your choice • Select the document you
wish to send by using the Select Type or Purpose display menu or by typing the name of the document under the search field.
NOTE! you can only send one document per email.

Customise your message • From the gray Actions
buttom click on Preview/Preview email this will give you a preview of the text.
• Once you choose your document you can customise it by clicking on the top right side on Customize & Send

• Now you can enter the contacts, change the subject, edit the text and add a picture.
• Above actions can be done just by clicking on the field you want to modify and/or add.

❶ To: click this field to enter your contact(s), you can either
add them by using the Search Contacts option or selecting Add a contact.

• To add a new contact, click on Add a contact and complete your prospect’s information with their name, phone number, address, etc.
NOTE! Before clicking Add Contact make sure you tick the Disclaimer* box as a confirmation of acknowledgment.

❷ Subject: by default a subject is already given but you can
give a more personal or business style according to your target.
❸ Content: in many cases a text is given by default so no
need to edit this section if you don’t wish.
❹ Photo: you can either upload a new picture or use the ones
from your Image Library.
• Once you processed the desired changes click Review & Send.

• A preview screen will show up with the message and their changes.
• If you are satisfied with the result just click on Send.

• When your prospects open the email they will see the exact same message you saw under Review & Send including your personal contact information.

Keeping track • From the Contact Centre return to Dashboard, from here
you can keep track of which videos your prospects received and how many times the video was opened and how much of the video was viewed.
• You can also see the date and time the e-mail was sent.

• You can also receive e-mail alerts when the Video Email you sent has been viewed.
• To set this up, from IBO Back Office under Manage My Website select Update My Information.

Now you can easily send Video Emails to your prospects, customers and/or team as well as keep track of all of them.
