How to Reserve your Guest Tickets Once in the Ticketmaster portal, follow the instruction below to reserve your guest tickets. Remember, graduates do not require a ticket, and do not need to RSVP for the ceremony. Step 1: Simply press the OK button to proceed into the ticket reservation system.

Step 2: Select where you would like to site. When the pop-up window appears, enter your C# as the passcode. Email commencement@miami.edu if you receive an error when entering your C#.

Step 3: Select the green NEXT button at the bottom-right-hand corner of the screen

Step 4: Create a Ticketmaster account (or sign in if you have previously created a Ticketmaster account; this account is in no way affiliated with your student login credentials)

Step 5: Even though tickets are complimentary and will be sent to you mobile device, you must enter your information in the payment box, agree o the Terms of Use, and select Place Order.

In addition to the confirmation page, you will receive an email with your mobile tickets.
