How to request a book from another library via
I-Share
If you can’t find it at JJC…try I-Share!
• I-Share provides access to 64 other mostly academic libraries around the state
• Includes all the state universities• Request online from here or from
home• Items come via statewide delivery
system
Go to the library website atwww.jjc.edu/lrc
You’ll want to searchJJC first!

JJC doesn’t own—but don’t give up!
Click here to repeat yourSearch in I-Share
Click on the title you want
Click Request button
Type in yourJJC ID
number(starts with 0)
Select Joliet Junior College
You’ll need to login
Click OK
Type yourID again!
Then click on“Submit request”
Click into Renew Books/My Account to check status
• Most books come within a week but can take longer so request ASAP!
• We call you when the book is here• There is no charge for this service• You can renew items by logging into
your online account (or ask library staff)
