How To: Reject a Pool Task Definition: After reviewing a pool, reject the pool back to the Modeler for adjustment. Steps – From the Home menu option Under Modeling, click on a hyperlinked pool Tip: The ‘hyperlink’ lets you know the delegated pool is available for modeling and/or approve/reject Review the pool; add note if desired Click on [Reject] E-mail will be sent within 15 minutes to the Modeler In this task – A Pool Manager may need to ‘reject’ a pool that was delegated to another Pool Manager for modeling instead of making changes themselves. For example, a pay change may not have been entered correctly for an employee role. Click on the hyperlinked pool delegated to begin the approval

process.
