Select the System in which the problem has occurred;

In the above screen mention the search criteria for which the error has occurred in the system. Select component as PY-IN-Payroll

A list of SAP notes will appear in the window, click on the note which look relevant to the error in the system. If not then click on Create button for creating an OSS call for the error;

In this window select the priority of the issue for which the call is raised.

Mention a short description & Long text in which you mention all the details of the error occurred in the system. Also, mention the step by step procedure with document for their reference.

Click on Browse for uploading the test scenario which is created in Development system; mention a proper description for the attachment.

Click on Send Message so that the message is fwd so the Status changes to mailed to SAP.
