Selecting A Course To Put Online

Double click on a course that you wish to put online from either the Enrolments and Results or Accredited/Non Accredited screens.

Example

Select the tab named Web and the box “list this course on the web”. Enter the relevant information in the text box area’s that have appeared. If you wish to bold the text add <b> to the front and </b> at the end of a text block area.

Uploading Courses

To upload courses you have selected to be listed online, you will now need to click on Tools>Web and click on the drop down arrow you should see as above. Select the last item “Export Course List”.

You should now see the courses that you have selected to be listed online. The Export box needs to be for each course

to be uploaded.

The Enquires tab allows you to add types of courses that your RTO offers, so enquirers can indicate their interest.

To add enquiry options click on the + Give the course a 2 letter code and a course name, then to

add. Create as many as you require.

Next click on the “Export Options” Tab, this is where you will need to enter the information exactly as provided by the

PowerPro Support Team. Click Ok and you should then see “Course list file upload successfully”
