How to print from a USBNumber one Format: Save as a Photo, or PDF I will show PDF conversion

first: Find your Document open it and select File and save as

Save it in the same folder you pulled if from

Click the down arrow on Save as type and select PDF

It will put that same doc right next to your word Doc. Save that to a USB no more than 3 folders deep.

There are several ways to save as photo if you do it to a Document you will not be able to edit it. First is the snipping tool, enter snip in the search block, should be the

top of the list then open it and hi-lite the area you want as a pic. Save to your usb

Save desk top as a photo select Ctrl+Print Scrn save to a word, Ppt, Photo Shop doc and don’t forget to then save it as a Pdf.

Insert usb in side of printer console and enter your Pin and select use copier functions then select removable memory scroll through and find your pdf

Normally it will be the defaults make any printer changes here then select the green print button
