What are we looking for?• Amazing Storytellers-how do you present your product?

• Amazing Products-does your product do 1 of 2 things:

• It solves an every day problem

• It is a “re-invention” of something tried and true

• Do you have claims substantiated and testing from a 3rd party?

• Do you know your target audience and retail?

• Do you have any distribution?

• Are you looking to grow and grow and grow?

• Is your product RETAIL READY?

SLC Pitch Criteria• Must be a member of Score or a prospective client• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and live in the United States• Have a product that is RETAIL READY*• You have the ability to tell your story of why you created your product• Your product is either a brand new, problem solving product OR Re-imagined product• You can easily understand and articulate the problem you solved or better features for use• You have all trademarks on branding, names, etc.• You have a patent(s) that has been filed for or has been issued• You can clearly identify your products benefits• You have any “claims” substantiated by an independent 3rd party• If your product involves food, you are making and co-packing in a certified facility (GMP, GFSI, SQF)• You have no other Corporate Investors**• You have an active website and phone number for customer service• You do not have a current broker or have a broker with a limited region and exclusives

*RETAIL READY CRITERIA:• You have a real, tangible “product” developed• No prototypes• You have 500+ units available to sell• Product is currently in the United States• You have distribution in the US (warehouse or other) and are not fulfilling from your home• You have sales results• You know your COG (Cost of Goods), WS (Whole Sale) RSP (Retail Selling Price)

**CORPORATE INVESTORS:• Not including family or friends who might have a small vested interest in your company, you do not have any outside investors

(money exchanged for equity) within your company.
