thereafter. If the space is warm or there is
dancing, expect guests to drink more.
HOW MUCH ICE DO YOU NEED?
One pound of ice per guest will chill your
beer and wine and fill your beverage glasses.
Add salt to the ice you use to chill the beer
and wine, and it will last longer. Having
a 4-hour event or serving frozen drinks?
Increase to one and a half pounds per guest.
