How to open and read today’s Edition

Tap the image of today’s Edition or the download button to read it on your device.

You’ll see the ‘Today’s Edition’ screen.

Open the Digital Edition app.

You’ll see your chosen Edition on your screen.

Enter the email address and password that is registered to your account.

Alternatively, log in with your TS number and postcode.

You will be prompted to log in. Tap ‘Log in’ to do so.

Scroll down on your screen to read the full front page.

You can then choose specific sections and articles that you’re interested in.

Tap it and you’ll see an overview page of the sections within the Edition.

You can also navigate the Edition via the section menu in the top right hand

corner of your screen.

How to download your chosen Edition

Tap the download button just above the top right hand corner of today’s Edition.

Open the Telegraph Digital Edition app.

You can enjoy full Editions offline, wherever your day takes you.

Each Edition is available for up to 28 days, in the archive, once you’ve

downloaded it.

Troubleshooting

1. Restart the app or force the app to close.

2. Check the WiFi or network connection on your device.

3. Check if you are on the most up-to-date version of the app. Android and iPhone instructions can be found here.

4. Check if your subscription is valid. If you subscribe directly, you can see this by going to ‘My Account’.

5. If everything above is in place, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
