4 slides labeled “Output Devices” with the name and picture of a different output device on each slide
The PowerPoint Presentation should be named “Input Output Devices.” On the Presentation’s first slide, or title page, you should repeat the file Title “Input Output devices” and include your name.

Create a New Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation. Name it “INPUT OUTPUT DEVICES”
When you open the file you will see this screen.
When you click the, you will see this slide.
Type the following title in the top box. Type your name in the smaller box. In this example: Jerome Smith
Click “New slide.” You will see choices pop out.For this slide show click “Text Only.”
CLICK
Click inside the text box to type the title of this slide.
For this slide show, type “Input – Keyboard.”
Click the “Inset Tab”
Now we will add a picture of a keyboard. There are several ways to add picture. Here is on. Click the “Insert Tab.”
Click the “Online Pictures”
I clicked “Online Pictures” and this “Insert Pictures” dialogue box popped up.
I want a picture of a keyboard, so I type “keyboard” in the Bing Image Search box and hit the ENTER KEY.
Type what you are looking for
A picture of a keyboard shows up. I click on it, and click the Insert button.
Click
The picture of the keyboard appears on my slide. I move it where I want it on the slide and may “resize it” to fit.
I go back up the New Slide icon to add a new slide with “Title Only.” (I could hit Ctrl+M) That is a short cut to make a slide.
I click in the empty box to add text. (When you use Ctrl+M it makes a blank copy of the slide you were on.)
I have added the words “Input – Computer Mouse.” Now I need to add a picture of a computer mouse.
Once again, I go back to the “Insert” tab and select “Online Pictures.” Another way to get pictures is from Google.
I minimized by PowerPoint (It’s still open – see the icon on the taskbar.) I go to Google Chrome and type in what I want.
I typed “computer mouse.”
This page shows up in the search. I click on “Images”
I land on a page of images of computer mice.
In this example I “right-click” on the first image and pick from the drop-down menu “Copy Image.”
I go back to my PowerPoint, right click on my page and select paste image, or hit Ctrl+V to paste the copy of the mouse.
I move the picture down to where I want it, re-size it and get ready to create a new slide.
