STEP BY STEP : STEP 01 Cut the Panel

STEP 02 Sewing to Hem

STEP 03 Open the pattern

STEP 04 Set the panel to correct pattern

STEP 05 Close the pattern

STEP 06 Ready to patterns fill the machine

STEP 07 Set the pleating machine as per buyer requirement

Temperature Pressure ( Bar)Time

STEP 08 Fill the box & Close the machine

STEP 09 Reopen Box and get the patterns

STEP 10 Re Open Pattern ( Need to cool 15 minute out of machine )

STEP 11 Final Appearance of Panel

Create the pleating patterns(Size Wise )

Cut the panel & sewing to hemSet the panel correct

pattern.( Need to set cut mark )

Close the patternSet pleating machine as per the

buyer requirement.( Time , Pressure , Temperature )

Open machine & fill the pattern box

End of time Reopen Machine. Get a patterns. Need to cool 15 minute Open pattern out of panel
