during her pregnancy. Currently she has

lost 40 pounds on weight watchers and

her goal is to lose few more pounds. She

Jessica of course understands that achieving slim and toned celeb bodies is not an easy peat. It

takes a combination of having healthy meal plans and exercise together with determination and

hard work. Jessica told People about her plan to be one of those Hollywood celebs with sexy celeb

bodies, “There’s not a goal weight – I just want to feel normal and fixate on inches. That’s the

main reason for having healthy meal plans and exercise.”

Jessica admits that she has been known to “yo-yo diet” in the past but revealed that she’s

changing her lifestyle to include healthy meal plans now. When she was pregnant, Jess admits that

she really didn’t stick to any healthy meal plans instead she indulged in her cravings like

buttered Pop Tarts, fried Twinkies and cheesy mac. But now that Jessica wants to have one of

those sexy celeb bodies again, she’s putting having healthy meal plans on top of her priority.

veggies, and lean protein like any healthy meal plans should have. As part of her goal to rejoin

healthy meal plans. Killer celeb bodies are achieved through hard work so for Jessica to get one

of those celeb bodies to die for again, she’s also giving up another favorite indulgence of hers

– margaritas. She’s had a few drinks post-pregnancy, but then stopped as she wants to stay true

Wondering if Jessica Simpson’s weight loss intention, having healthy meal plans and exercising is

purely for vanity reasons, i.e. being included in hottest celeb bodies list. Rumors are swirling

around that Jessica is not really having healthy meal plans just to get into some hot celeb

bodies list but that there’s a big pay check involved from being a spokesperson of Weight

Watchers. If Jessica loses 20 to 30 pounds by August, she’ll get a very hefty pay check! Well

Though a spokesperson for Weight Watchers says, “Weight Watchers is in it for the long haul.

We’re with her 100 percent as she develops a whole new relationship with food, having

healthy meal plans and physical activity. If she’s named to have one of the sexiest or slimmest

celeb bodies around, that’s just cherry on top really.”
