HOW TO JOIN

Step 1:

click on MavSync logo.

Step 2:

Login using

campus credentials

Step 3:

Fill out customer user profile information *You will need your Mavcard to complete form

Step 4:

Browse/Search for your organization

***The Colleges (and many Student Affair offices) have portals on MavSync. If you are not ready to join a Recognized Student

Organization (RSO), consider joining the portal for your College or an office you are (or would like to) learn more about.

Step 5:

Type in RSO name

organization

Step 6:

Click “Join Now.”

*** ALL RSO Presidents MUST JOIN the

RSO portal (as pictured above).

Step 7:

Provide reason

ie. I am the President

THEN

Click “Submit Request.”

Step 8:

Wait for Assistant Director RSO’s or RSO Graduate Advisors to approve

your membership.
