How to install driver on Windows 1.Powering the printer, connect it to the PC via USB cable; ( Please notes: if you are using the desktop computer, please plug the cable to the port behind the host) 2.Download the driver, double click the “label printer - drivers” to install the driver; 3.Select the language you need.

4. Click “install”

5.After the green progress bar is loaded, the driver is installed;and it will turn to this surface

6.Turn on the printer, choose your system version, Click the “Get USB Port”, it will automatically detect the port.(Please notes:if the printer keep beeping after you turn it on, please put the thermal paper in it correctly)

7.Click “Install”.

8.Finish.

9.You can print the test page to test it;

How to manually add a driver if the driver fails to be installed

1. Download the driver, and put the driver file in the path(x32/x64) according to your computer

2. Open “Devices”. Click " Add a printer"

3. Click"Add a printer

4.Click "Next"

5. Click 'Have Disk..."

6.Copy the previous path of the drivers that put in here, click OK;

7.Click "Next"

8.Finish.
