type Yugma and press

Enter in your keyboard

Now, click the fully

downloaded installer of

Yugma


A dialog box will appear


Click Run


Let’s install Yugma !

Now, click Install button

Yugma

Click Done to quit the

installer

fill out the textboxes

new account

click on Register

the textboxes to

register


Enter your first name


Then your last name


And your email address


Here,nominate a

password


Retype your password


Do you see a

Security Code

on your screen?


Type that code in the

‘security code textbox’


Make sure that the

code you entered

as the given code

Now hit the button

Your registration is

Yugma has sent you

a verification email



Sign in

to your

email

Check your inbox

if you have received

the verification email

inside your email

the date

Select the date when will

you have the meeting

the time


Click on the drop down

arrow to set time


Click the drop down arrow

and choose the hour…

Meeting in the

morning (am) or at

night (pm)?


Select and click on the

radio buttons


Now, set how long

the meeting will be


Click on the drop down

arrow of Estimated

Duration


Set the hours…


…and the minutes


And now of course the

attendees


Enter email addresses

of the people involved

in the meeting


Addresses should be

separated by commas

For example.


Now, click Schedule


Alright! You already have

one scheduled meeting on

your list


You can now easily

check and see if…
