Take A Gap Analysis● Take stock of where your organisation is at this moment. Be honest;

use company surveys, interviews, audits.

● Converse with senior management to decide what the desired state is

(not listing particular technologies or brands but business outcomes)

● Start making plans for how to get from current state to desired state

● Technology strategy MUST align directly with the business strategy.
