Super-fast data reporting means you can manage your fleet’s fuel use even more effectively. EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT OF YOUR FLEET Enhanced LAi reporting allows access to the latest fuel data at any time LAi single sign-on capability means all customer fleet data can be hosted and accessed on one site Dashboard reporting allows customers to identify fleet trends, issues and cost savings easily working with clear and simple LAi reports Three levels of reporting provides fuel data from a high level perspective of overall fleet spend with the functionality to drill-down into specific areas of fuel data Comprehensive security in the transfer of fuel data from Allstar to the customer WHAT’S NEW? When you access LAi, you’ll now be able to view, analyse and manage your fuel card data at three different levels of detail: TIER 1 A high level, quick-view dashboard which allows Fleet Managers to quantify the size and characteristics of the fleet fuel spend and highlight potential areas of concern. ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ HOW DOES IT WORK? Data is collected from forecourts daily, and sent directly from Allstar’s servers to Lex Autolease. With the daily data feed to LAi, you can now access this data the following day. As a registered Allstar customer, you can access this data through your LAi dashboard. Because all information has been matched with data held on our systems, you benefit from a greater depth of insight that enables you to make more informed and accurate choices for your fleet. Using the single sign-on facility, you can view everything you need on one system. Don’t worry – your existing scheduled Allstar reports will still be available as normal. This new functionality is designed as an enhancement rather than a replacement – and all part of our commitment to making management easier for you. Please note this facility is available to fleet managers only and can not be viewed by drivers.
