*Outlook Export
• Microsoft Outlook is a advance utility that gives Export option to keep backup of outlook items such as: note, calendar, task, journals, files and folders into CSV, EXCEL, PST, and ACCESS format.
• This is best way to protect Outlook database and keep safe in alternative drive or system.
• The .pst backup files only open within outlook utility.
*Introduction of Export
Note: When you keep backup of Outlook, be sure you are conform with encrypted password.
*How to Export Outlook Data?1. Click the File tab.
2. Click Options.
3. Click Advanced.
4. Click Export.
5. Choose Export to a file >> click Next.
6. Choose Outlook Data File (.pst)>> click Next.
7. Select folder that you want to export e.g. Inbox.
8. Click on include subfolders >> Click next.
9. Click on Browse button from save exported file pop up box.
10. Choose option:
10.1. Replace duplicates with items exported
10.2. Allow duplicates items to be created.
10.3. Do not export duplicates Items.
11. Click on Finish.
Note: When you choose Outlook Data File (.pst) then you can export content itself.
• Click the File tab.
