How to enable descriptive flexfield attributes for Participants and Participant Details .

1. Navigator  > Setup and Maintenance > Task: Manage Incentive Compensation Descriptive Flexfields 

2. Query Flexfield Code = CN_PARTICIPANT_DFF  for the attributes at participant level and create a segment  (Optional).

For Example:

3. Query Flexfield Code = CN_PARTICIPANT_DETAIL_DFF  for the attributes at participant detail level and create a segment.

Noticed that this flexfield has BI Enabled option which means this field can be available in BI subject area "Incentive Compensation - Participant Detail Real Time".   After enabling the BI Enabled check box, to see it in BI, you will need to run Navigator > Scheduled Processes > Import Oracle Fusion Data Extensions for Transactional Business Intelligence

4. Deploy the Descriptive Flexfield

5. Confirm able to see the descriptive flexfield segments / attributes in Participant Snapshot

Navigator > Participant Snapshot > Select Participant > Manage Participant Detail
