How to Correct Email Changes for iOS Devices
1. Start at your home screen and select “Settings”

2. Scroll down and select “Mail, Contacts, Calendars”, then select your Wctatel email
account.

3. Open your account settings for your WCTA email.

4. Click on the “Advanced” settings button towards the bottom of your account page.

5. Once in “Advanced” settings, scroll down and select “Authentication”. Occasionally, the
SSL will also be in the “On” position. Be sure that this function is off before proceeding.

6. Once in the “Authentication” window, you may see that you have “MD5 Challenge-
Response” or “HTTP MD5 Digest” selected. You DO NOT want to have a check mark
by either of these settings. Instead, select the “Password” option as seen below.

7. When “Password” is selected, click on the “Advanced” button.

8. Now that you’re on the “Advanced” screen, click the “Account” button.

9. Finally, click “Done”.

10. Once your device has finished verifying, you should briefly see a series of checkmarks
next to all fields. Now your email should be functioning correctly!
