Irrespective of student’s ethnic background or grade levelstests anxiety can impact student’s performance. We allexperience some level of nervousness before tests orpresenting before people or other important event of ourlives.

A little nervousness can motivate us; however, too much ofit can become a problem – especially if it interferes withour ability to prepare for and perform on tests. You haveattended all classes, always completed your homework,performed very well in class tests, clarified doubts for your
