How to Connect to Strava via ANT+ for iOS and Android

Connecting to Strava iOSa) Download and install the Strava app on your phone from the app store and log in

using your details

b) Turn on the Wattbike Performnace Monitor (WPM) and ensure the correct ANT+settings are set up in the WPM as per the image below

c) Insert an ANT+ phone dongle (wahoo adapter*) and tap the Sensors button, the'ANT+ Key' should show as connected and ensuring Power, Speed and Cadenceand Heart Rate (if you want to capture your HR data in Strava) are toggeld on.Once the app connectes to the WPM's sensor it will show 'Connected'

d) Tap ‘Done’ in the top Left hand corner to return to the main screen, when on the main screen tapon the settings icon in the top left hand corner and ensure 'Ride Auto-Pause' is off

e) Navigate back to the main screen on the app, then tap the record button to start your ride, start a justride session on your WPM

Connecting to Strava Android

a) Download and install the Strava app on your phone from the Google Play store , log in usingyour details and navigate to the 'Record' screen

b) Turn on the WPM and ensure the correct ANT+ settings are set up in the WPM as per the imagebelow

c) If your phone doesn't have ANT+ built in, insert an ANT+ phone dongle* and tap on the sensorsbutton. The sensor ID is the number at the bottom of the WPM's main screen. Your phoneshould see the WPM's near by and tap on the '+' sign next to the sensors you want to connect to

d) Tap the back button to return to the main screen, when on the main screen tap on the settingsicon, bottom left, and ensure 'Ride Auto-Pause' is off

e) Navigate back to the main screen on the app, then tap the record button to start recording and start a'Just Ride' session on your WPM
