Navigation to Benefits Enrollment: (home)

1) Click on Main Menu on your home page 2) Click on Self Service 3) Click on Benefits 4) Click on Benefits Enrollment

The following screen is what you should see first. Use the following the steps below to continue with your Benefits Enrollment: (home)

1) Note the Event Date (this is when the enrollment will take effect) 2) Note the Event Status (this should say “Open” if you have not yet started your Benefits

You should now see a disclaimer section (sample below) for Benefits Choice at the top of the screen. This will have a date for when the Period ends. It also re-iterates when your changes become effective. You will also see links to external resources for assistance in the enrollment process: (home)

Below the disclaimer section, you will see an Enrollment Summary of all the possible options to enroll for benefits. Below is a sample of you may see:

Below the Enrollment Summary, you will see your current Election Summary of any costs of benefits you may have previously enrolled for:

Enroll for Medical Benefits (home)

1) In the Medical section of the Enrollment Summary, click on the Edit button

2) Answer all the Medical Questions to continue with the medical enrollment 3) Click the OK button

If you are already enrolled in AD and D, you may get the following error message when updating your Supplemental Life. Click “Return” to go back to your summary and update your AD and D.

Final Steps (home) After completing all your Benefits Choice selections, review the Election Summary for the Costs associated with your choices, then click the Submit button:
