How to clean your 102AF, 112AF, 172AF, and 202AF Paper Folding Machine. Depending on how often you are using you folder and if the paper you are folding is heavily inked, you may need to clean it more regularly. By maintaining and cleaning you machine, you will see a longer life out of it. First, turn the power off, and unplug your machine. Remove both folding trays. Please use a Rubber Roller Cleaner and a Lint Free Cloth. Spray the cleaner on the cloth, not directly into the machine. You can use a mild soap and water, but you do not want the cloth to be dripping with water, we do not water getting into the machine. Soap or rubbing alcohol can dry out the rubber and cause cracking. Check to make sure that you are using a cleaner specifically for rubber rollers, they tend to have a rejuvenator in them to help the rubber rollers & wheels last longer.

How to clean your 102AF, 112AF, 172AF, and 202AF Paper Folding Machine. Depending on how often you are using you folder and if the paper you are folding is heavily inked, you may need to clean it more regularly. By maintaining and cleaning you machine, you will see a longer life out of it.

When cleaning the Center feed wheel, Please make sure that you push down the Separator Pad that is under the wheel, while you are cleaning it, so that the wheel moves freely, making it easier to clean.

Once the center wheel and the two out side wheels have been cleaned, you can take a Q-tip and spray a little on the end of to clean the rubber separator pad. Then move to the smaller Pull roller just above the feed wheels. You can use your Fingers to turn the Roller, Run the cloth along the roller to clean it.

Then move to the other side of the machines and start to clean the folding rollers. Rub the cloth against the rollers. You can spray more cleaner in your cloth if you need to. If you notice that the folding rollers are somewhat slick, you can use a scotch bright nonabrasive green scrubby, spray a small amount on the scrubby and scrub the rollers, use a clean cloth to wipe down the roller right after you scrub the area.

Once done, you can put the folding plates back into the machine. Wait about 5 minutes before starting to use the machine, so that the rollers have fully dried from being cleaned. After that you are ready to use it.
