How to register If your are Platinum, Gold or Silver HP Partner you must register through Unison Partner Portal (UPP)

Enter Unison Partner Portal (UPP) and select Register here > fill the registration form > Submit

PPAs approval

Allow up to 3 days for your companys Partner Portal Administrators approval

Email notification

Once your account is approved, you will receive an email confirming your account activation

Follow the instructions in it to log into the portal

Find your HP Learner ID

HP Learner ID via The Learning Center

(it will be available as soon as your UPP access is fully enabled)

Click on My Profile

or Use ID Lookup

(this option doesnt function immediately, it takes 2-3 days)

Within 4 days after successfully passed exam, you will be able to download your e-certificate
