Today I’m going to teach you all how to make chocolate banana cupcakes.

Solid

2 Cups All Purpose Flour

1 ½ Cups Sugar

1 ½ Teaspoon Baking Soda

1/8 Teaspoon Salt

1 Cup Semisweet Chocolate Morsels

1 (16-ounce) Container Vanilla Frosting (optional)

Liquid

¼ Cup Butter or Margarine, Softened

2 Large Eggs

3 Small Bananas, Mashed (about 1 cup)

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1/3 Cup buttermilk

Vegetable cooking spray

You need to have a clean workplace, like a clean kitchen. You also need to have all your utensils clean.

Step #1Preheat oven to 350◦

Step #2

Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy; gradually add sugar, beating well.Add eggs, banana, and vanilla, beating until blended.

Step #3

Stir together flour, soda, and salt. Add flour mixture to banana mixture alternately with buttermilk, beginning and ending with flour mixture; beat at low speed until blended after each addition. Stir in morsels.

Step #4

Place paper baking cups in muffin pans, and coat with cooking spray; spoon batter into pans, filling cups two-thirds full.

Bake at 350° for 17 minutes. Remove cupcakes from pans immediately, and cool on wire racks. Spread with frosting, if desired.

Why Chocolate Banana?I choose chocolate banana because everyone loves banana and of course they love chocolate. It’s a good combination, especially on a cupcake.

My Feedback

I kind of liked this project. What I used in this program that I haven't used is adding a table in a PowerPoint slide. I also used like the different way each title can be. I sort of had fun with this project.
