FIND THE JOB YOU ARE INTERESTED IN:View our current openings by clicking the“Search Current Openings” link found onthe Employment Listing page.

CHOOSE THE JOB: Click the job title of the position you would like to view.

REVIEW THE INFORMATION IN THE ANNOUNCEMENT. Information includes the close date, pay information, the job description and qualifications, as well as required application materials.

It will be helpful to have either this screen-shot guide handy or to print out the text versionof the application instructions found via the Application Instructions link

• CHOOSE TO APPLY: At the bottom of the job announcement page for the job you are interested in, find the Apply box (it will be at the bottom of the job announcement page).

• Choose the button that says “First Time Applicant"

Step 5: Profile Attachments is where hiring managers will look for the required documents. Your resume should already be under File Name. Most positions require a cover letter and resume, but check the job announcement to see what documents are required.

Click on Upload File to add any other required documents such as your cover letter.

You should be able to scroll down and click on Step 5, to access your uploaded documents and upload any missing docs or delete ones that you no longer need. Make updates and click Save Resume/CV NOTE: this should only be done with positions that are still open for applications. You can check the job announcement for the close date. To delete docs click on the Red dash mark to the left of the doc.
