The Left Menu 1. Selection Guide: for all the programmes offered -

Gives a full picture of all the programmes offered based on the field of study. Viz. Arts, Science, Marine

sciences, Education, Engineering, Fine Arts, Indian Languages, Medical Pharmacy & Agriculture.

(as shown in Image A) 2. Fee Structure : For all the programmes Offered -

Gives the tuition and other fee details for all the programmes for Indian Students and International

Students (as shown in Image B)

3. Applications : The new applicant as well as the registered applicant can enter through this menu.

The various programmes that are grouped into the streams are as follows a) Agriculture Stream b) Engineering Stream

c) Fine arts Stream (Only Download) d) Medical Stream

e) Pharmacy Stream For Arts, Science, Marine Sciences, Education, Indian

Languages the entry is through : f) Post Graduate Programmes

g) Five Year Integrated P.G Programmes The standalone programmes are as follows

h) B.P.E.S. i) B.F.Sc.

j)B.Ed. / M.Ed. k) M.Phil

l) Ph.D

Standard Formats : The standard formats for the various programmes are given in the standard format

Counselling : The courses under counselling will be updated in this tab for counselling Schedule, counselling call Letter, Admit list, Wait list.

REGISTRATION

a) Registration for all courses Except PG programmes and Five Year Integrated Programmes :

Click and download the prospectus and read all the instruction before proceeding to fill the application. If you are a new applicant enter through the NEW APPLICANT Link.

Enter the details of the qualifying exam (10th or 12th or Diploma)- Register Number, Month and year. Enter the details such as Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Aadhaar Number, Nativity, Community, E-Mail ID (This will be your USER NAME, Kindly use a valid email ID), Password (that you can remember) and submit the form.

After registering you will have to use the user name and password to login through the REGISTERED APPLICANT link.

b) Registration for PG programmes and Five Year Integrated Programmes :

If you are a new applicant enter through the NEW APPLICANT Link. Click and download the prospectus and read all the instruction before proceeding to fill the application.

Select the Faculty (Arts, Science, Marine Sciences, Indian Languages, Education). Then Select the course (M.A.,M.Sc.,M.C.A.,M.B.A.,M.Com.,M.Lib.I.Sc.,) On the third selection Select the programme (e.g. if M.A., Select History or English or others). Then enter the details of the qualifying exam (12th or U.G Degree)- Register Number, Month and year. Enter the details such as Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Aadhaar Number, Nativity, Community, E-Mail ID (This will be your USER NAME, Kindly use a valid email ID), Password (that you can remember) and submit the form.

After registering you will have to use the user name and password to login through the REGISTERED APPLICANT link.

Enter all the personal details and educational details that are self explanatory and submit.

Make sure you enter all the fields.

For Name of Community refer to the list by clicking the button next to it.

If you belong to OC / Others - Just mention others in the name of community and you need not fill the community Code.

Click the submit button which leads to the third page:

Enter all educational details that are self explanatory and submit.

Fill the marks obtained in the respective spaces provided.

If claiming for Differently Abled Category - Based on the category (Orthopaedically, Hearing, Vision) that had been selected, the Forms/Certificate given in "Standard Format" tab need to be attached Viz. Annexure I, II, III.

Fill all other details. Upload photo of Width:150 and Height:150 the file should be in .JPEG format (JPG, JPEG, JPE, GIF)

You can verify the details by clicking the "Click to verify Application" button. You will get a preview of the application in PDF form as shown :

This view is for verifying and correcting the details that you have entered

After confirming the entries click the "Submit for Payment" button to make your payment for the application. Once you click this button you cannot edit your application.

Pay the prescribed fee by any one of the following methods (a) Online payment through the payment gateway. (ICICI)

(or) (b) By entering the details of the Demand Draft taken in favour of “The Registrar, Annamalai

University” from any Nationalised Bank, payable at Chennai.

After successful payment the application form (4 Pages) will be printed in PDF form as shown below.

The printed application form along with all the annexures and the Demand Draft if option (b) was selected, should be sent by Speed Post / Registered Post or in person in a Thick Kraft Envelope of size 30 cm x 24 cm by affixing the label on the last page of the printout. The application should be sent to the following address.
