• Resiliensi Organisasi dibutuhkan pada kondisi perusahaanmengalami mulai dari destruction, disfunction,perception-behavior hingga recovery. Model yangdibangun dalam resiliensi organisasi dimulai dari levelindividu melalui interaksi yang positif kemudian menujulevel grup melalui organization learning menuju kondisiperception-behavior (Xiao, 2017)
