Lately I do not experience any muscle pains or evendiscomforts at the joints.

And while these are some of the benefits that my caregiverfrom Senior Home Care Ottawa has helped me to achievewhile training, he has also given me a great training program.

My program usually has swimming and water exercises withinthe week.

In addition to that simple jogging and light running has beenan order too.

We also have ideal abs exercises that concentrate on buildingthe core strength.

And then my ideal type of training that involves dancing, simple yoga, and meditation.

But above all walking has been one of the most enjoyableparts of my training program.

This was ideal when webegan our training exerciseswith my care giver.

We had to start slowbecause my body had notyet gotten used to any formof exercise yet.

So building strength andendurance was somethingthat we could not get in aday.

Therefore we chose to start indoors, inthe gym, around the block, and downthe track until I got used to it.

As each week passed I grewdetermined and pushed myselfforward most often.

While we walked most of the time inthe initial stages, just when we beganin order for me to get used to it, withtime we toned down.

So we chose to start interval walkingwhere we exchanged our intensityfrom high to low or either.

Sometimes we would take a breakand resume as often as it suited ourprogram.

Now that I am good to, I no longerhave to keep on long distances.

With my endurance built up to ouraim, I have resorted to indoorwalking.

I have bought a treadmill that hasproven an ideal walking and lightrunning equipment.
