How to Cradle a Lacrosse Ball

All the materials you need to conquer on how to cradle is. Lacrosse stick. Lacrosse ball

Step 1

Step 1: You need a lacrosse stick Step 2: you need a lacrosse ball

Step 2Step 1: you need to pick up the lacrosse ball with your stickStep 2: then move your hand up the sticks shaft Step 3: if your a right handed shooter you move your right hand right under the the sticks head then you tke your left hand and put it by the bottom

 

as you probably see my last step resembles to the picture i have posted  on this step but  that guy holds it like a lefty but u get the point on how to hold it

• Now you take your top hand and and roll your wrist back and forth
