Executive Project Status ReportAudience:
Project managers, senior management,
executives
Purpose:
Portfolio view by project of project health
(cost and schedule). High level summary on
cost and schedule with trending indicators.
Use:
Used in project coordination and status
meetings. The report is also highly
formatted and suitable to distribute via
email or hardcopy to management.
Vendor PerformanceAudience:
Contracts and procurement team, PMO,
project portfolio management
Purpose:
A snapshot of how vendors have performed
over time across various projects. View
vendor loading to understand workload
distribution.
Use:
Used in the bidding phase to evaluate
historical performance and current project
loading. Also used periodically to
analyze how vendors are performing
across the portfolio.
