On average 30 min / week, for 10 weeks (5 hours in total)
Can be watched on Udacity or Launchpad Central (includes tracking).

Students get out of the building and do customer interviews.
On average 10 interviews / team / week.
Log all the interviews on Launchpad Central.

This class moment is used to share learning amongst teams.
Combination of class feedback and online feedback.
PRACTICALITIES
Length: super adaptable from intensive program to class (9-15 weeks).
Grading:
• 15% individual participation
• 40% customer discovery progress
• 20% weekly lessons learned presentations
• 25% final lessons learned presentation / video
Team formation: preferably submission only by team@Ghent University: open for all, team formation in class
