HOW DID YOU USE MEDIA

TECHNOLOGIES IN THE

CONSTRUCTION AND RESEARCH, PLANNING AND

EVALUATION STAGES?

Throughout the process of construction, planning, research and evaluation I have used a wide range of technologies from computer software such as Adobe premiere pro to a handy-cam to websites YouTube and without these technologies I would not have been able to produce my products or be able to plan and research existing ones. Some of these technologies I have used before but others such as premiere pro I had to learn how to use from scratch.

Adobe

At the beginning of the year I had only ever used Adobe Photoshop, a portable version of CS3 so it was quite an old version but perfectly fine for what I needed at AS. As A2 coursework requires you to create a moving image I realised I needed software such as premiere pro to be able to edit my video on. As a result of needing new technologies my family generously decided to buy creative cloud for me. Creative cloud allows me to use the newest version of a range of different adobe products such as premier pro, Photoshop, InDesign, Light room and Aftereffects, all that were used in creating my video and ancillary texts.
