HOW DID YOU ATTRACT/ADDRESS YOUR AUDIENCE?

From the feedback I got from my target audience I made improvements to my magazines…

◦ The font I had previously used was difficult to read according to the feedback I received so I changed my font and now I is much easier to read and looks visually better for the layout of the front cover.

◦ Also the main cover line was said to be a little small so I enlarged it and repositioned it in order to make it stand and be noticed better when sitting of a magazine rack or so on.

◦Again the headline was mention once again however the positioning which I have since then altered.

◦There were a few things mentioned about the filter on the images and white space being filled I have taken these in to account and altered it accordingly.

◦They mentioned the position of the text on the DPS, I have now moved it down so there now is no gap.

Colours… The use of the burgundy and orangey colours was purely a group of colours that I believe suited my model and looked interesting on my front cover.

The background colours are not as important as the others as they only create a background to my magazine.

Again I used white within my colour scheme and images it is a very basic familiar colour which will attract the audience.

I used black as it ties in with my house style and general theme which is attractive to an audience because of the consistency.

The colours on the front cover are important as the image and the design is what first draws the audience in
