Nominated an occupation that is mentioned in the relevant skilled occupation list

Obtained a suitable skills assessment for that occupation

Age below 50 years

Achieved the marks specified in your letter of invitation based on the factors mentioned in the points test

Invitations are based on claims that an applicant makes in his expression of interest, so his application must include evidence to support his claims.

If a person is invited to apply for this visa, he will have 60 days to apply.
