THE MARKET SURVEYComparison

You can clearly see that the jobs that are available differ from the jobs that people desire. But even so, we can find similar jobs in both lists, that is, among available and wanted: Waiter in a restaurant, Bus driver, Truck driver, Technicians and mechanics itcInterestingly, some available jobs could help a person to build a career and to start his/her own business : Technicians and mechanics itc

THE MARKET SURVEYConclusion

The reality is different from people’s wishes, and it can be said that the Estonian labour market does not answer people’s requirements in general. But it doesn't mean that it is impossible to find a good job. As we live in European Union it means that a person can easily move in search of a dream job. But everyone must remember that if you want a good job, you have to get a proper education first.

EXPLONATION OF USE OF REQUIRED INFORMATION

The required information about the person will help me as an employer to identify the most suitable candidate in the following way:-In the following documents a person is describing his life biography (education, language skills, occupation, etc…), that is, giving complete information about himself, which I can analyze and compare with other candidates. And only after this comparison I will make my choice of the right candidate. But since everyone is different, it means than the skills and abilities are also different for everyone. However, at first I should draw attention to the following points:

Page 29: How an employer identifies potential suitable employees in Estonia

Ivan Mirzojan, Glonn, 30.09.2011

EXPLONATION OF USE OF REQUIRED INFORMATION

First of all, I will take into account the candidate’s education. Then I will consider any references from the previous jobs or school. The references can give the applicant a great advantage and attract my attention because they show how well the candidate performed in their business. And it also gives a guarantee of the candidate’s responsibility and his/her attitude to their duties. And only then I will take into consideration their language skills and work experience.

Page 30: How an employer identifies potential suitable employees in Estonia

Ivan Mirzojan, Glonn, 30.09.2011

EXPLONATION OF USE OF REQUIRED INFORMATION

With regard to a reference letter, I think it is also an important factor that may influence my decision as the purpose of this document is to demonstrate the candidate’s strong sides.Altogether these documents must help come to a decision when choosing the best appropriate person for the position. Supposedly quite many applicants have similar skills and good knowledge of the subject, so it may be a very difficult task to find that final crucial factor that will help make decision to recruit a particular person. And as for the Job Application Form, the most important thing in it for me is that the candidate must agree to our work schedule and when he/she is available to start work. Once I identify the most suitable candidate, I will invite him/her to a job interview to discuss our future cooperation.
