This project aims to deliver 34,500 houses and or Apartments, built within 6 months using state of the art strong, durable, earthquake-proof technology at a cost of $671million set either for rent or outright purchase. It’s planned to be Zambia’s most affordable housing project by any class of citizen, from ordinary street people to chief executives. Our proven building technology builds 200,000 units in two years.
