HOUSING FOR MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS
MedResidences is the only housing locator service
created specifically for medical professionals.
We help medical professionals make informed housing
choices in order to find their ideal home and the best
value for their money, whether they are looking to rent
(long or short-term), buy, sell, invest, or sublet. We also
specialize in relocation services.
MedResidences is a sister company to StudentSpace, a company
founded by former graduate students that struggled to find
their own apartments and homes while at graduate school.
They realized there was the exact same demand for a housing
service dedicated to medical professionals. Thus far, residents,
doctors, nurses, fellows, and hospital staff seem to agree.
Our close relationships with hospitals allow us to help medical
professionals directly in their search for new homes. We study
the city’s neighborhoods, transportation and available housing
options, negotiate with building owners and provide unbiased
information to help medical professionals find the
right home.
We inspect each of our buildings to ensure that they meet our
high standards. We find you the best values and buildings for
your money, whether you’re looking for a studio, convertible, loft,
one, two or three bedroom apartment. Some of the buildings
we work with also offer medical professional specials.

Tour with us to visit
properties and see for
yourself the great homes
and lifestyles for you.
We will show you the
best buildings and
neighborhoods for your
specific needs. If you
aren’t able to visit Chicago
to tour with us, we can
review your housing
options with you remotely.
If you plan on touring
properties more than
two months prior to your
expected lease date,
please note that some
buildings may have to put
your name on a waitlist.
Sign a lease directly with
the buildings. We will help
answer your questions
about the lease terms and
the leasing process. We
can also help you sign a
lease remotely if you are
unable to do so in person.
You haven’t really seen
Chicago until you’ve visited

Nightlife
Chicago neighborhoods are
packed with hot spots for a fun
night out. The River North
neighborhood has some of the
city’s most popular bars and
restaurants, while Bucktown/
Wicker Park venues attract a hip,
younger crowd. Wrigleyville is
loaded with sports bars packed
with fans. Streeterville puts you
steps away from the best
shopping in the world on the
Magnificent Mile and steps from
beautiful lake front beaches.
Recreation
Whether you are a spectator or
a participant, Chicago is a great
town for sports enthusiasts.
Chicago’s top sports teams draw
passionate crowds and there are
leagues for those who prefer to
play rather than watch. The city’s
18-mile lakefront path is a mecca
for cyclists and runners. Along
the way you’ll see some of the
city’s 33 beaches, plus tennis
courts, soccer fields, and one of
the eight Chicago Park District
golf courses.
